From the first conversation, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and, most importantly, genuinely interested in helping rather than simply trying to sell a service. Josh took the time to explain everything clearly and was extremely informative, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed or that anything was too much trouble. His knowledge of hot tubs is obvious, and he gave honest, practical advice that was really appreciated. It's refreshing to come across someone who clearly takes pride in what they do and actually cares about providing a great service. If you need advice, servicing or repairs on your hot tub, I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Josh and Atlantis Spas and Hot Tubs. Josh diagnosed a broken control panel with my hot tub. There was a delay with my repair but that was due to the supplier sending him the incorrect part, but this was communicated to me by Josh who apologised and booked another date. The repair was completed quickly with no issues, and I now have a working hot tub again. Thanks Josh!

Josh was very easy to contact. He arranged a visit to check out the problem and arrived when he said he would. He is very knowledgeable and could pin point the issues quickly. Unfortunately we needed a part ordering and I expected it to take weeks. Josh was back a week later and has fixed the issues. I would highly recommend him for any of your hot tub issues. Very approachable and a super job done.

Josh provides a top rate service - capable and considerate. He fixed our ancient jacuzzi bath (almost 40 years old) when the pump failed. Nobody else thought it was fixable. Josh just got on with it and sorted it without a second thought ("Yes. I can fix that for you") We warmly recommend him for a first class job. Thank you, Josh!

We are so glad we chose Josh; he is one of the most knowledgeable and reliable people we've used. He installed an air heat pump, repaired our leaks and replaced our failing parts on our 12 year old Hottub. It's like brand new again!! Can't recommend him enough if you have any work needing doing on a hottub!

Josh at Atlantis spas and hot tubs was brilliant - I frantically called him about a hot tub issue on Tuesday, our Jacuzzi hot tub kept tripping out and I was panicking as we had friends arriving on Friday. Josh managed to move some stuff around and visited Tuesday afternoon and diagnosed the problem, new part arrived Thursday and fitted same day! Amazing service. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and reasonable too! Hot tub now ready for friends arrival tomorrow 😊

I rang Josh with a question about a problem we had with our hot tub. He answered straight away and came out to look at it the same day. He quoted me for the repair and ordered the necessary parts within 24 hours. As soon as he received the parts, he was out and fulfilled his promise. Josh carried out the full service on my hot tub. All booked in with ease, really chuffed with the overall service, the tub is sparkly clean and looking like new again, he also fixed a problem I had with the valve.
